I noticed the changes, my son goes to H.S Chicago Bulls College Prep across from the United Center....so im guessing all the low income housing projects around that area will disappear....i can see the yuppies taking over. Is dangerous around that area, I guess is for the best. We will see....
If Basketball-Americans don't want to develop it, then someone else will. There is billions of dollars in revenue being lost due to land lying vacant.
