Thanks! They've been pretty good, yes. Most builders are starting to hit their estimated time frames again, and the build times have come down substantially from two years ago.
Do you know anything about porchlight homes and sendero villas ? Ready to build Single level homes starting at 300k in Phoenix, seems like great value but can’t find much on them
