This is what I think happened with my brain also. I never used to get a migraine every day and my preventive meds and dietary restrictions were helpful, but I jumped off the bandwagon of both meds and diet and now I'm extremely sensitive to triggers in ways that I wasn't before. @@ameliascottbarrettmddo you hear of migraine in the body I have it chronic upper body no headache for 7 years it's armpits shoulders sometimes one sometimes both years

I literally feel how sensitive my brain has become in recent years. My migraines got chronic with the second pregnancy and I know what has led to that. Pregnacy and breastfeeding have contributed to that tremendously but it is actually overthinking and overreacting to what other people say that has made my headaches worse and frequent. Aren't there any other ways to reconstruct my brain electroactivity? I am trying to lessen processed food as a first step but not ready yet for a drastic change in my diet.
