Your pony actions (voice sync and movements) are amazing, needs aa little work tthough, (I noticed some clipping with the hair) you could become a very awesome pony videomaker whether PMV or just normal 'ventures like button mash or something like that. Good job!
This video was absolutely phenomenal, I got really attached to it and really loved how everything was played out and especially the song used for it too! It went extremely well with the video :)
The hair had been in the same symbol as the head, which had been above the torso symbol. I could have removed the hair from the head symbol and place it in its own symbol and move it back, but I was halfway done with my work already and didn't have the time to go back and reanimate all the hair, so I just kept with it and moved on.

Neck thing isn't really an issue with me, what bug me, is a certain points his hair seems to go behind his head but in front of his neck. Making his head look kinda disconnected. It's fairly obvious when he does the "hold on, I'll be there soon" bit. The bottom of his bangs should disappear behind his silhouette, at least in my opinion.
Must admit, the background was rather entrancing, and I liked what you did with Glaze for the most part, but what was up with the neck? Was it an animation error, or did you make it like that on purpose?
[critique] i really love that effect in the background, like, camera motion, or something on the clips, but the beginning was totally theacleps/kooper thing, like every pony videos in these months... and the the video was looping. same effects. just with other clips. it made the whole thing boring. the song was looping too much too, so thats why hard to make a cool video to a song like that... it was cool, but boring to me, a bit.
