    Yes, it's really about staying true to your vision, isn't it? Which is within you, independent of all the conditions "out there." So no matter how impossible or out-of-reach your desire seems "out there," it does exist and you just need to keep shining your light on your vision which is always right here and right now.

    Tom can you tell us, let’s say you put in an intention and you know it’s there, and it may take time and while that time is around the corner you’re still seeing your 3D. So how do you stay focused for that long or short period of time. Do you just set the intention once? And assume it is done, and go about your day as normal? Or do you have to set that intention daily until it surfaces. For example for 2 days you know what you want and you profess the I AM, but it’s turning into a week or more and not sure what else to do. Do u affirm per day or just know it’s done and don’t go back to it (thinking of what you want) daily.
    How do you combat yoyo feelings. For example, saying the I am and knowing your faith and feeling it. But let’s say 2 hours later you’re off kilter. What is your advice?

    Tom i have a question:: (or anyone who is willing to answer🙏) i suck at Visualizing, hearing, seeing or touching my desire in my imagination... setting up an imaginary scene in my mind doesn't feel right or "real" to me. So i just go for the inner knowing and sensation,, is that still powerful to change my reality?

      Hello, yes, the choice and there for inner knowing of you being or having what you desire is all you "need" to change your reality. Every thought, imagined Image, feeling that comes up in your body IS already a part of the unfolding of your new I am, an expression of ot 😊 So it is not necessary to See or feel sth "before". Sorry for my english, I hope you get the point ❤🎉

      Conviction. Your I am is a conviction. You got it. There is only I AM. I am NOT does not exist. Re-read your statement above and you’ll see all the I AM not. Make it a choice to see, hear, and touch. If you can remember something, you can imagine. There is only now. Hope this helps.

      All of your recurring thoughts originate from a core belief. If you want to get rid of a recurring belief you have to look inside and figure out what it is, why, and what you can do to think more helpful thoughts.
      Being able to visualize is helpful but if you can't believe it, you're not holding the faith/conviction. What helps me sometimes is watching a movie or video of someone experiencing what I want. If I can believe they can have it, I can pretend I'm there with them, and I can coax myself into belief. You gotta get very specific and the feeling has to become familiar to you. If you're just visualizing for five minutes and then doubting it the rest of the time, it can't come in for you. You have to visualize and then stick to the conviction. Every time you doubt you have to reprogram your brain until it becomes habit. Then you'll stop overthinking it and it'll come naturally.

Also i want to point out that many manifestation coaches are of the opinion that we should not force a technique if it doesnt feel right, also visualization is just a tool to manifest, because what makes it happen is our identification with it. So i will not force myself to do something, instead i will focus on being that person every moment, not just in my imagination.
