I am 37 yr old senior manager in Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs’s on Wall Street. I have sat in on about 300 interviews and anytime a Ghanaian immigrant came in for a job, they were mostly smart guys but lacked confidence. These white, Asians, Nigerian and Spanish kids may not really know the job but are always confident in their delivery, approach and body language. So I have first hand data by personal experience. And such a silly statement like court hearing in non-exist in the western countries. I live in America and court works better than Gh. If you have had any exposure outside Ghana you won’t argue on this topic.
