+Fluffy Pawzz Get a clarifying shampoo! Paul Mitchell has one, and many other brands do. Go to Ulta or any salon. Clarifying shampoo helps get out all the build up.
The more you wash your hair with shampoo, you'll notice your hair will get oily faster. Because most shampoos have sulfur which strip the hair of its natural oils. So just like your skin it freaks out and produces even more oil than before. So try washing your hair every other day, I've notice sometimes if my hair is super oily on the second day a good conditioning treatment will help and still no shampoo! Another thing that helps is dry shampoo, my favorite is the one by Dove. If you don't have dry shampoo you can use baby powder. And the more you touch your hair with your fingers, you guessed it, more oil. Our fingers have natural oil too, so that doesn't help lol. Another good tip is try not to get shampoos with sulfur or slowly stop using them. Shampoo is mainly to cleanse the scalp and not the actual hair shaft it's self. But with all the hair products we put in our hair we kinda need it sometimes... Lol it's a love hate relationship. Man this was long😂 but I hope it helped!

No matter how great I treat my hair, I get split ends. I rarely use heat on it and when I do, I use a good heat protection. I don't scrub my hair when I dry it. I scrunch it dry. I don't dye it a lot at all. I use a hair balm once a month for moisture. I use a good leave in conditioner. No matter what I do, it always splits so much. Do you or anyone have any tips to make the splitting stop?
try getting a leave in treatment with protien, it will help strengthen your hair. some people just have naturally brittle hair though. I hope that helps!

cosmoprof is only for licensed professionals and beauty school students, so you'll have to go to sallys. I would really reccomend going to a professional, it may be more expensive but it's definitely worth it in the end.

You most likely aren't emo anymore, but I say go wild. Don't do it conventially, but also keep it longish. That way if you absolutely hate it, redo.

it's because your natural oils as well as hair products you may use build up at the scalp, where your roots are!

Use castor oil on the ends the day before you clean it. And shea butter is also good.
