The Micheal Andersen pottery is very recognizable to most Danish people. Bornholm is a danish island where Micheal Andersen pottery has been produced since 1890. The mark is 3 fish in a triangular shield.

Suggestion: a lot of showers lately have a tea party theme. I hunted fir cute mismatched cups n saucers for my DIL’s baby shower. You might make a couple lots of 6-8 sets of mismatched cups & saucers sets for that purpose. 😊
Sèvres [Savv ray] is something like the French equivalent of Meißen, dating back to the 18th century. "Chateau de F.Bleau" stands for "chateau Fontainebleau" [phonn tain blow]. That is the name of a castle but also of the pattern. It was designed in 1846 (hence the mark "S 46") for the then king Louis-Philippe (he was king from 1830 until 1848) who used Fontainebleau as a hunting seat. A very good find despite the condition! For a 177 year old cup it is still in good condition. Well spotted.👍

Sevres is a very high quality French porcelain maker. So, even with the damage to its gilding, the cup has value well above $2.99.
6:24 And “Sevres” is pronounced more like “sevruh” and “de”like “duh”. Was the last word “bleu”? That would sound like “bluh”. The last letters of most French words aren’t pronounced!

Your Goodwills are unbelievable! Really I can’t believe it. We have NOTHING in Tennessee NOTHING! And the nearest one is over an hour one way.
I am thinking we in the South just don’t donate. I have never been to a thrift store here that looks anything like ones on videos of ones in the North. I come back from trips from Chicago with tons of clothes I find in thrift stores there. I also have never ever seen a church or rummage fill a bag sale here but always see videos of them on RUclips big bummer!🙂

Ducks do well for me for some reason, found out completely on accident when I picked up a little bag full at Goodwill… I think that first duck you picked up might be a Korean wedding duck, they are good luck, and they usually come in a set of two. Some are kind of valuable.

The first one is half of a wedding duck pair. If they face each other there is harmony, if faced apart, conduct in the marriage. The girl duck has a ribbon tied around her bill for….yep, you guessed it

I bought a glass bird that had a rough edge/chip. It's for me. I filed it, gently, and it did smooth out.
You can buy tiny led lights with a faux cork stop switch that go great in those cat bottles.

I have a high school drawing with same elements and dark vibe. I'm fairly talented and daring in themes. It's not even close to the abstraction and expression of this.
It is the type of art that I like. I would have bought them both. Especially them being just black and white. I could have stared at them for quite a long time, just to get a feeling and to see what I could see.
