Presenter Bio:
Lauren Chandler has taught plant-forward cooking for 20+ years. She graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts but also learned techniques from her global travels and cooking in restaurants. As an inaugural faculty in the graduate-level nutrition program at the National University of Natural Medicine, she developed and taught culinary classes. Additionally, she develops recipes and volunteers for hunger relief organizations.
