I'm just rewatching all the stronger than you parodies and man this was actually such a good game, once the hype wears off, you forget about it, but it really deserves to be remembered as one of the best games ever, not for it's graphics, or even it's story, I know, a hot take, but the story is not the most important thing about the game, it's the thought behind it that's most remarkable, I'm not saying that the story isn't great, it's just that in the end, it doesn't really matter why sans knows so much or who is gaster, it's the idea that redoing stuff does not erase the previous choices that has not been portrayed or executed so well ever before or after Undertale that makes it so special.

The game cannot parse his abilities into reasonable text or numbers at all. Asgore and Flowey are a joke to Chara because their power already has reality bending potential. Fun Fact: The Singer of The song Rachie, actually do Sans Spare Genocide on her playthrough. She's spared Sans and reset her gameplay and then do The True Pacifist Run.
This version really shows what the Genocide route is. YOU chose to do this. YOU could've stopped anytime you wanted. You're not even having fun playing the game anymore. Fights are blurring together and you're killing all the characters you grew to like in a previous run. This isn't Chara's doing. This is you. The player. Despite the fact you hate doing it. You just have to see what happens. And what do you get? A highly unsatifying run that barely has an ending. Was it worth it?
Reading the comment section makes me think... How many of those people are still interested in the fandom, how many are still alive, how many are dead, how are they doing? We have all lived completely different lives, yet we all gathered in this song, everybody is talking about something, how good the song is, how nostalgic that feeling is, or the memories it brings back...

"But the consequences last forever." That really hits. Sure, the characters have their memories erased, but a few of them still know it happens and that Frisk--or whatever is controlling these decisions--once purposefully erased an old life where you were all friends and perhaps even killed you several times. You might spend your life wondering what exactly Frisk had done in other timelines, which means perhaps the greatest thing any player can do for the game is play it through once in the pacifist route and never again, meaning the characters will have a happy ending, once, just perfect because that leaves no one knowing that you have reset the game and played again. (Sans's knowledge is limited, but I hope he knows the amount of times you played through, so he knows at least that you only did it once and chose to have a happy ending, just once.)
And....when exactly Sans remembers anything? He's just like any other monster, the only difference it's that he knows that resets exist, nothing more. Flowey on the other hand, has some determination in him so he does remember.

I've shed so many tears to this song. This song transcends undertale period; it becomes a reflection of everyone's life. Everyone has made mistakes they can't come back from. And since no one can go back in time, everyone has to live with all their mistakes.
It's nice to look back at the past of the fandom. While there was a lot of heart coming from the fandom, it sort of fell into merely being a living joke. While it may not have been a perfect time, it was still memorable and is good to look back at what once was, and see how we can improve not just upon the fandom, but ourselves for the future.

Of all the characters in Undertale I feel bad for Sans the most He's seen this time and time again. He's probably always tormented by these images in his head He remembers the time lines He's stopped caring enough to even do anything because he knows nothing he does matters. He's pretty much given up on the world, and the only thing that keeps him going it seeing his brother be happy
Sans, Asgore, Toriel and Alphys have been through more than any other character. Sans doesn't care about the future because none of it will matter if the world is reset Asgore lost his son and Chara and his wife left him over his actions and only wants to do the right thing. He never wanted to hurt anyone Toriel lost her children too but can't protect a single child because they all leave the Ruins and wishes she could care for someone because she is alone Alphys is haunted by her past and doesn't want the truth to be let out. She even fakes most of her life so people would like her But in the end they each leave all of that behind and move on Which is great

This version really shows what the Genocide route is. YOU chose to do this. YOU could've stopped anytime you wanted. You're not even having fun playing the game anymore. Fights are blurring together and you're killing all the characters you grew to like in a previous run. This isn't Chara's doing. This is you. The player. Despite the fact you hate doing it. You just have to see what happens. And what do you get? A highly unsatifying run that barely has an ending.

Sure, the characters have their memories erased, but a few of them still know it happens and that Frisk--or whatever is controlling these decisions--once purposefully erased an old life where you were all friends and perhaps even killed you several times. You might spend your life wondering what exactly Frisk had done in other timelines, which means perhaps the greatest thing any player can do for the game is play it through once in the pacifist route and never again, meaning the characters will have a happy ending, once, just perfect because that leaves no one knowing that you have reset the game and played again. (Sans's knowledge is limited, but I hope he knows the amount of times you played through, so he knows at least that you only did it once and chose to have a happy ending, just once.)

And....when exactly Sans remembers anything? He's just like any other monster, the only difference it's that he knows that resets exist, nothing more. Flowey on the other hand, has some determination in him so he does remember.

I've shed so many tears to this song. This song transcends undertale period; it becomes a reflection of everyone's life. Everyone has made mistakes they can't come back from. And since no one can go back in time, everyone has to live with all their mistakes.
It's nice to look back at the past of the fandom. While there was a lot of heart coming from the fandom, it sort of fell into merely being a living joke. While it may not have been a perfect time, it was still memorable and is good to look back at what once was, and see how we can improve not just upon the fandom, but ourselves for the future.
I really miss the old undertale fandom.. I had a cosplay of frisk when it was thriving. I really hope the fandom can come back from the dead.

Toriel lost her children too but can't protect a single child because they all leave the Ruins and wishes she could care for someone because she is alone
Alphys is haunted by her past and doesn't want the truth to be let out. She even fakes most of her life so people would like her
But in the end they each leave all of that behind and move on
