Hey Apei, this cheese dish is also eaten in Arunachal Pradesh n Sikkim....maybe called something else. I too love this dish, I use Amul or Britannia cheese slices n also u can add little axone (give it a little smash) for extra fragrance.

The bhutanese Dish is very similar to Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, India. We use organic fermented yak cheese. We make it with all kinds of veggies and meats. We call it Churpa!

Both are my fav.......wings....and pork🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.............try wings.....with dry bambooshoot .boil the wings in..water and add some dry bambooshoot in it then let it boil for 20or 25min and add some ginger and garlic paste then....it will be ready😇 ..you can add some green leafy veg also....but don't let the veg overcooke....it will taste great...if its not overcooked😇😇........

Well tried to make ema datshi, but real Bhutanese ema datshi, we don’t add cabbage, garlic or tomatoes. You should try just cheese & chilly. It will be more yummy.

I genuinely enjoy your recipes and your channel, but I have a problem with you feeding your dog the same food you eat. I’ve noticed it in other videos as well. Please don’t feed your dog off the same plate since your plate contains spicy and salty food. Spice and salt is not healthy at all for dogs. I understand you cooked a chicken wing separately with less seasoning or no seasoning at all, but a separate bowl would be preferable. I’d suggest making bland meat and vegetables (NO ONIONS- AS THEY ARE POISIONOUS) or dog food.
Edit: I’m sure you love your dog and are doing it with love, but I wanted to call it out since I don’t want your dog suffering from problems in the future as I love dogs myself. Dogs like her that are of a more sensitive/special breed, needs their food to be attended to with special care.
Other wise, keep up with the good work.
