Your English is very impressive! For the Freerider playstyle, you don't need to get 5k points. You picked a great location and that is the location I used. Instead of getting 5k points, all you need to do is get 500 freerider points in a row and you get 500 freerider xp.
For extreme, go to the silent valley freeride challenge and go straight down not doing the challenge, you will her speed demon and maybe salting in thin ice giving you 500Xp
That’s normal if you haven’t bought any DLCs or anything. The other country or zone is Japan, you can get a DLC which gives you Korea and Japan, or you can just buy a ticket to Japan normally.

Zulf Mia or go to cliff jumps, and get the achievement "jump higher than 60 meters"
Or find an ice patch long enough to get the Extreme achievement for riding on ice. Gives 500xp each time.

For bone collector, if you have the jet powered wingsuit then just crash at top speed while boosting and u get 400 xp
