I love how you started with a Laura Ingalls quote! I always imagine Little House on the Prarie when I listen to your prarie stories.
Me too, Katie! Although, I recently watched an early episode and make for sure that any pup companion rides in the wagon and doesn't run behind. I do love that quote and her focus on the beauty in simple things.

Winnie? I brought piglet owl kanga and roo with me. I’m Eyore. We are all ready for a blustery day. Rabbits at the homestead tending to carrots. Got a two fer from you this week this one and the villa. Hope you got compensated for that one. Quite a contrast from the prairie in the 1800’s ! Nice work
How did you find the Villa? I've been meaning to post about that and they were very wonderful and generous partners. Eeyore was my favourite-- even had a small stuffed animal of him as a kid. I always felt he understood more than the rest of the crew.

I really appreciate your videos. They frequently help me sleep if I am struggling with restfulness for whatever reason.
For some reasons I am especially drawn to stories that I know will conclude with a cozy fire. Even though I am pretty much never still awake when the fire starts, just knowing that it will be there is makes the story extra appealing!
This makes total sense to me! I feel very comforted by the fire ending as well. I often imagine what it was like for all the centuries when people always slept by a fire. Sweet dreams!
