I just want to say, Corridor Crew, I’m seriously loving these videos with Wren using VFX as an educational tool and in conjunction with interesting informative content like this. I seriously enjoy these videos. I like this side of Wren too he’s one of those people that actually can keep my attention while being informative. I’m not quite sure how to explain it but during my entire school career there were so teachers I just had a hard time connecting with and then there were these teachers that just got “it”. Maybe it’s the enthusiasm you can see in one’s eyes when they are talking about something they are genuinely passionate or interested in and it’s hard for it not to be contagious

its not necessarily JUST the passion for what they're talking about, but they have to also be passionate about teaching others and sharing their knowledge.
I had a math teacher who clearly was passionate about math, but he came off as just so condescending, so a good half of his students just didnt connect with him(and hes been teaching for 11 years, he shouldve gotten "it").
but another math teacher i had clearly liked the subject, and liked sharing his knowledge and he was my favorite math teacher ever. I still remember my favorite quote from him, "I hate everyone equally"

FUN FACT 9:00 if that line of ants around the earth was to stack up (each time the ant line circles the earth it stacks on top of each other) the result would be a *5 AND A HALF KILOMETER tall wall* around the equator (about 3 and a half MILES). That’s nuts!

I watch you guys all the time for the VFX stuff, but I also homeschool my kids and this is exactly the type of weird, fun lesson I could show them. If you make more of these, we'll be using them for our formal education. Thanks for this, I watched it twice back-to-back, so good!!

Wren, you should do another one on the scale of lantern fish. The amount of total mass they make up is kind of insane.

I know you guys might not have these as top performing videos every time, but please don't stop making them.
Wren is great at freaking out for 10 minutes straight and they really help inspire more as scientists to look at things like ants and space and other stuff of scale... It's such a joy to see the numbers become something more comprehendible.
