Very nice video my friend. I went to Aruba last year and my family and I stayed at La Cabana. I also remember seeing your video in the lobby. We had a great time and are planning to come back next year

White food truck is amazing! It has great comfort food and reasonable prices. The Peruvian restaurant is really tasty as well and hosts a chef's table. Great video Hyro!

Very nice to see MVC Eagle Beach, stayed there earlier in March. And Passions on the Beach was a great spot to eat, very romantic. We also enjoyed the restaurant just up the road from the Peruvian foodtruck: Asi es mi Peru!

Thank you for posting this video. My parents are there now and I was wondering what it looked like. They are loving their stay and the tiki huts & chairs on the beach are free to use if you're a guest of La Cabana. Great place to stay according to my parents. Beautiful video!
Thanks for watching, yes most hotels have their own palapas/umbrellas. La Cabana at the Eagle Beach is a very nice location indeed!

Your videos definitely inspired me to walk different parts of the island. Today I went for a 5 mile walk from Fisherman's Hut Beach to the Lighthouse and back, early morning of course. It was Awesome!!! @16:51 it is called Mama's Food Truck. It's a great spot for lunch. They serve chicken, steak, fish or shrimp platters. You can request a side of rice, plantains and sometimes they have specials as well. Very simple but tasty!!! Amsterdam is actually where I'm staying for a few days and then heading to an Air BnB for a couple of weeks.
Yes, that walk is long but nice, good for you! I almost had the name right (food truck). I've eaten there a few times and it was indeed good! I haven't been in a room at the Amsterdam Manor for a while but I remember it was nice. Did they remodel them lately (think I heard that from a friend). Stay safe and keep enjoying!
@@LetsgowithHyro Yes, they are currently remolding all the rooms. They are doing them by sections. The room I'm occupying has been updated with modern furnishings and tile work along with complete bathroom remodel. It was very cool to see the that they added a Shoco mural over by the lighthouse, it looks amazing.

Hey Hyro. Love your videos. Will be at Eagle Beach for the ninth time in a month. All these years we never went to palm beach. I know that it is more crowded than eagle. What part of palm beach would you recommend that might be not so crowded.
Thanks :-) Regarding the question that's a tricky one. You could try De Palm pier (near the Riu or the Barcelo area but no guarantees.

Ik heb nog iets kunnen vinden over MVC Eagle Beach. Inderdaad vroeger voor de mariniers. Daarna is het overgenomen door Amsterdam Manor management, en is het een mid-range boutique hotel.
Bedankt voor de informatie, ik twijfelde zelf erover! Vroeger was het eenvoudig maar nu ziet het wel leuk en gezellig uit (hoewel klein).
Klopt, MVC staat voor Mariniers Vakantie Complex. Heb er zelf een nacht gezeten in 2004 omdat ik niet terug naar Nederland kon omdat Air Holland in die periode failliet ging. Moest toen via Curaçao op een vlucht vanuit Lima van KLM stappen, dure grap en een lang verhaal. MVC was toen een heel.stuk simpeler, eenvoudiger en een stuk minder luxe.

We were just there in April and will definitely be coming back. What Id like to know is where would the best place to buy beach chairs and umbrellas etc. If we stay 10 days it would be cheaper to buy our chairs for the week rather than rent them on the beach for $40 a day. Thanks, we could then donate them to others as we leave.
Hello, yes you could try Super Food (above shop), Do it Center, C-Mart or other hardware stores like Kooyman etc.
Its to bad that Aruba is a 9-hour trip from my location. Would be a cool spot to check out during hurricane season at the other warm destinations.

Passion on the beach is good. But, that sewage plant needs to be dealt with. Your eating good food, listening to easy music and then the sweet florally smell of shit. 😄 🤣 😂 Great video bro. Love la cabana and eagle beach.
It's part of the "Aroma" haha. But kidding aside the government sure has the attention of it. The issue seems that there is no money for a quick fix (which costs millions). On a personal note, I'd say it wasn't a factor during this walk but I agree 100% they need to fix it as soon as possible! Take care bro thanks for watching!

Greetings Hyro, I will be cruising to Aruba soon and wanted to know about beach chair rentals. On the beach are there beach chairs for rent or do you have to be a hotel customer.
Hello Edward, yes they do rent in certain areas like the Coco Loco bar at Eagle Beach.
I like your channel a lot, I am planning a July trip and was interested in the O condominium in Eagle beach Vs the hotels in palm beach ...what do you think?
Thanks :-) The Eagle Beach is probably the best beach on the island and this area is on the quiet side. The Palm Beach is also an incredibly nice beach while the area is considered the "busy" part of the tourist area. Most restaurants are also situated here. You can't go much wrong with either one. Maybe if you choose to stay at the O you should consider renting a car. Good luck.
I haven't seen any videos where you talk about Casa del Mar. What are u thoughts on that resort?
Can’t recall which one(video) it was but I think it’s well situated and seems nice although I haven’t been inside their rooms to be able to comment on that.

Hello Hyro. Question. Where can I rent chairs on Eagle Beach to have access to a bar and bathrooms? Doesn't seem like there are public facilities. Just going to be in town for the day off a cruise ship. Thanks!
Good question, I would suggest at the Coco Loco Beach Bar. It's situated next to the Costa Linda resort. I have seen Cruise Ship tour busses stop there and I think it was by the Royal Caribbbean. So if you are traveling with them, check if they might have a package to take you and pick you back up. The beach there is superb!

Probably 5 minutes.
What is in your opinion the nicest hotel if of the low risers?
Hard to choose but I would lean towards the Bucuti & Tara.
Are there any low rise /eagle beach properties that are on the beach and don't have the road in front of it
Hi, thank you for your question. It depends on how you look at it but the Costa Linda, Bucuti & Tara and the Manchebo Beach Resorts could be considered to be. Some call it Manchebo Beach but it's basically the same Eagle Beach.
Hello hyro..question in the begining of the video i see yellow line where the cars are parked outside the restaurants…can u park there? I read on aruba website that if u see a yellow line that is for aruba employees parking…let me know
Hello Rod thank you for your question. The yellow lines you refer to are only for the Oranjestad area (AruParking meters). Over there, yes avoid them. However in other areas like the hotels and restaurants you may also find/see them. It’s often for taxi’s/busses or drop off, 5 min. parking. Avoid them there too whenever you can even though they are not part of the official parking meter.

What would be a souvenir representative of Aruba? Is there a market for natives to sell their own products?
The markets are in Oranjestad during the day and at some resorts at night. Also lots of them at Palm Beach. I would say something with a Divi or Fofoti tree is the most common.
