no, you can only carry 2 lethal poisons and 1 more on the island. So there isn't enough poison

unfortunately no, the most you can kill is 4
You can carry two poison with you to the island, and smuggle one more in. There is only one poison on the island and that is held by Jason Portman (yes that Jason from the mission in Japan)
