Mayrushart, there is actually secret training in spawn island, it's behind the locked building, and it give 180 strength per gems so its like 180x faster than normal training, and there is grimore, the best one give 75x gems and energy boost and 32x elixir, u can buy it for 10qn, or fight boss in sword art island.

Hey mayrushart you can actually get 150 energy per train go to the castle and go to the back of it and if you saw two of this ⌛ and on the middle of them go inside and click to it and you will get 150 energy per click
