If you look closely at the story. It seems as if Phrolova is just helping the Rover by guiding him as the rover wouldn't get the laureate without a performance and she acted as the "Demon King" for the Rover.
More specifically, she's been stalking Rover since the very beginning
Ever since Rover woke up in the Gorges of Spirits, at the same time Camellya was too
And it seems that it's all part of Christoforo's play. Tho, Hecate seems like Phrolova doing something extra because she feels like trolling, since Christoforo commented about it.

@@FlipTheBardI've no clue, but it's not the first time Phrolova hasn't been noticed (Mt Firmament, Cathedral of Mercury)
There's also Shorekeeper who also does it apparently, so Phrolova and Shorekeeper might know of each other, how much I don't know though
She's been a big help for a lot, I mean, it's for her own reasons and to advance plans, but still, she needs us to succeed with the Carnivale as much as we need it to happen
Both of us needs it to happen to know of the resonator, and observe them, so both Rover and Phrolova's goals align except for the endings
Ok I’m calling my shot here: I think Fenrico was actually being 100% honest with us. However it’s only the truth as HE sees it. If you talk to the black shores member outside the Montelli estate he reveals that the depictions of the sentinel don’t match the description of imperator in the Tethys system. So my theory is that the one we spoke to IS the sentinel and Carterhyia is their resonator. Fenrico believes the person he is speaking to is the sentinel but it’s actually the Threnodian who has been lying about who they are this entire time. It’s why imperator has been bound and would explain a lot of the actions of the order and how they radically changed once Fenrico took power. I don’t think he’s trying to deceive anyone he sincerely thinks he’s carrying out the sentinels will, he’s just been deceived this entire time.
I think differently, but I definitely don't think he'd lie when swearing upon the sentinel
Or at least, not a complete lie

what if the Leviathan is the Sentinel, the Narwhale is docile, but corrupted and controlled, just like what Phrolova said that the Maiden was corrupted
Cetus the tidebreaker and Leviathan could/probably are two different creatures and I'd like the twist that imperator is actually the threnodian and Leviathan the sentinel
Theres someone at the front entrance of the Montelli Quarter (forgot his name) who is a Blackshores agent, that said the Sentinel Imperator's Appearance from the Statue Ragunna has doesnt match up to the Tethys's Deep's Imperator in their Database.
So there is definitely something up.that had happened.

Although the sentinel is probably the Leviathan, and not the horse
This is just my opinion, what if Rinascita was build by the sentinel and threnodiant and only have one resonator. This unique resonator that can wielding two powers (sentinel and threnodiant) is what fracsidus been targeting all along to get more power both from the sentinel and threnodiant.
I can't wait to see how Rinascita story revealed. Absolute Cinema at it's peak.

2:22:00 "Being full of previous one ady" Do u mean dreamless in 1.0? If u recall 1.3 cutscene that rover saving shorekeeper from blackhole, rover's tacet mark shines when she reached shorekeeper, that indicates abby did something. I think abby actually split out dreamless in exchange of shorekeeper to fulfill Tethys system requirement - a core. This prob explains why abby being so hungry in 2.0 quest.
I think because of the Dark Tide people in ragunna mistakenly reversed the Gods that rules it, So my assumptions is that what theyre worshipping now is the Threnodian and not the sentinel because phrolova is trying to figure out atleast from the story is if The blessed maiden can be or is the resonator of Both entity

"executor" does not mean the same thing as "exucutioner", but i get why people think that when carlotta says it, and given what she says after it i can't really tell if they just mistranslated it or what
