Welcome back to our channel, England is still in lockdown so we are staying local.
Today we are visiting Surrey to have a look around the Waverley Abbey ruins, and of course we stop off at a local cafe to try a hot chocolate.
Waverley Abbey in Surrey was the very first monastery founded in #Britain by the reforming Cistercian religious order. A small group of monks from France settled in this quiet spot by the River Wey in 1128, and Waverley soon became the springboard for Cistercian settlement in southern England.

What neat old ruins. Just love what you guys have been showing. Was excited when I saw the cake, but sticking with regular cake made with good stuff.
Definitely these vegans really don’t know what there missing it just doesn’t compare.
What I love about these ruined places is that they keep a mystery in them, and they allow us to imagine a distant life between these walls.
Yes your right. I’m just blown away by some of the stone work it amazing that any of it still stand all these years later

Hey Ben and Reanne from Houston, Texas, USA! It amazes me how buildings built centuries ago are still standing...well, at least parts of them! Haha I’m so nervous about this drone I literally just fly it a little bit and can’t wait to get it back haha hopefully now are travel restrictions have started to lift London is only 60 miles from where we live so see some old buildings that are not falling to pieces lol thanks for visiting mate 😊👍
@@OTWD_yt > Our state governor lifted the masks and travel band completely here in Texas a couple of weeks ago, but, all of the businesses are still requiring masks, or, you get no service and are asked to leave. But, at least we’re not ticketed $1000USD for traveling to ‘non-essential’ locations.
@@TOTALLYRELAXED we have£5000 fine for travelling abroad without a reason! It’s painful because you can fly to Paris or Amsterdam in an hour!

After crashing the drone I will always be a little bit scary to fly it again! 😅 (well seeing Vlad flying it 😉)

I’ve become a pro tree climber haha some of these places were discovering in our home country are amazing you have to see the windmill we found today when we get a video it’s so beautiful.
I totally get where your coming from with crashing the drone, I’m such a nervous flyer now. I alway think something is about to go wrong lol

Another great adventure and never been to Waverley Abbey, I do however remember that scene from the film 30 days later. Almost thought you was climbing that tree to get your drone back again lol. Managed to get a load of drone footage myself the other week and only just finished editing it and posted it up on my channel

Got a few but it was a windy day and I’ve just been getting abit nervous about flying it. I think previous crashes have scarred me lol

man they really knew what they were doing in the 11th century, eh? that tree was really neat but I didn't see a monkey.. I saw Spiderman again... It looked really windy but the Mini 2 seemed to handle it well. I crashed my drone again a couple days ago... lol Oh, and I've had biscuits here in the US... Was that a wooden fork? weird I've seen wooden spoons before but not a fork. PS. I think you could have easily flown the drone through that opening.... lol.... Great video, guys... They definitely know how to build. I wonder if modern buildings will still stand 900 years from now. I can’t believe you have never seen a woooden fork there everywhere here! Save the planet and all that didn’t get chance to go full Spider-Man my run I done had killed me too much lol oh no was you drone ok?
@@OTWD_yt hahaha. Yea the drone survived again with no damage. It came down from about 15 feet into the grass after I flew sideways into a tree limb this time.
