As soon as i saw that cloud nightstand decor i knew samantha jo gave it to you, cause when she moved i didnt see it in her new apartment tour and was like where'd it go? Lol. Your room and bathroom is amazing, i love it.
For the alarm clock, it has like a sensor for when it's dark it automatically dims so it's not as bright. So when you lift it up you're exposing it to like the light so it goes brighter and then when you put it back down the sensor is probably being blocked by something so it goes dim again 😂

So I have this obsession with Christmas & I take all of my record albums & swap out at Xmas for holiday albums. And in take all my prints and swap them out for Xmas. It's such a cozy vibe that time of the year. And I store the prints behind my year round ones so they are easy to swap
i have a 'nissedal' mirror from ikea which i absolutely love, i think it looks about the same size as the one you have but doesnt make you look funny, hope this helps :)
