I have stared my career in 2017. In 2020 got opportunity to work for two companies after my first company and I did dual employment in 2020 for 6 months.
I have absconded one company which I have worked 6 months . Later I continued in only one company for one year after that I moved successfully MNCs and working.
Tcs offer I have now but they found SERVICE HISTORY through UAN . I said to them worked as a freelancer
Can I accept tcs offer.
Please provide some tips to my career to move on other big Indian mncs.

Having doubt in negotiation, holding better offer than scneider in another company...will scneider negotiate it or not...waiting for ur rly sister...
Yes you can negotiate but they'll provide based on there budget else they will inform there max budget
on what basis they shortlist after online assesement

Why Schneider will ask someone about coding..if it is about sTL language then that's ok...they should ask about electrical, i don't know why you mentioned coding here , i don't know which type of project in Schneider you are working with
Every technical interview will go through coding interview specially if it's for r&d role
