It's so hard and stressful listening to these arguments. Oh my God. What is wrong with the supreme court
Will someone please ask this guy why all the other presidents were able to fully function without immunity? Maybe it was because they didn't need it to stay out of prison?
Why is this even a question?
These right wing justices are disgraceful. Thomas and Alito in particular are lost in criminality themselves, how can they adjudicate?
The Court took this appeal solely to delay the start of the trial. The arguments are patently absurd and baseless. It should have let the D.C. Circuit's decision stand.

Staging a coup "could be" an official act? Tuesday, November 5, 2024 will be a test of all U.S.citizens.
If all the charges in the indictment are about non-official acts, which is the case, then why is the Supreme Court even getting involved in this matter?? Nobody is arguing that Trump was acting officially. The question of official vs. non-official doesn't even arise from the indictments!!! It's hard to see a legitimate legal question that made it necessary for SCOTUS to hear this case. It ends up serving only one purpose, and that is to delay the Jan. 6 case against Trump long enough to insure it won't be heard until after the election. Unforgivable.
This is about the ultimate credibility of the Supreme Court specifically and the US in general.
The biggest Chad move Biden could do is wait for the immunity and then refuse to give up the precidency 😂

The Supreme Court should never have heard this case.
Immunity should just be a medical term, not a judicial term.
It's absurd that they're even considering this. Regardless of their decision, their corruption is undeniable.

This discussion should terrify anyone, regardless of Democrat or Republican. The precedent this could set is upsetting. At this point they’re basically just saying “should a president be allowed to manipulate the country’s system in order to permanently hold power”.
