when singing, pronouncing english isn't actually as hard as people think. my dad (we're korean) had korean friends who spoke zero english sing with fluent pronunciations
if you listen to him covering songs, you'll know how much he's holding back when he sings with pentagon. and that what makes him a great singer, to not let yourself overshadowed the others. he knows when to show it all, he knows when to hold back.
You can notice how much he's holding back when they did the H.O.T cover of Warrior's Descendant cuz you can hear the talent but it's obvious he's pulling himself back with the group songs
Yeah I think he learned a lot from pentagon maker when his group got criticism because he went with too much flair and it overshadowed / clashed with the others. He's an incredible singer and I'm so glad we get these solo covers so he can really let it all shine
