Got to give credit to donald trump. At least he didn't try to open a restaurant but he failed at everything else he tried. I always joked if you want to lose all your money try to start an airline, car company, restaurant, be a real estate developer. Any capital intensive business with a lot of regulations or rules and potentially low margins.
