My pizza place has "you can recycle this box, even with grease" printed on the box. I'm too lazy to verify, so I just take their word for it. It all ends up in a landfill anyway. The only material worth recycling is aluminum.

They have the most cramped apartments you can imagine, and they are stuffed with bags most all time, because there is about dozen different garabagemen who come in at different times and days, so you have to wash all the stuff and keep it inside, in bags, then take the particular bag out at the exact time the garabagemen come. It's fucking insane is what it is. I recycle, but I wouldn't sleep on garabage bags for it.
FYI, all the plastic you clean and send for recycling ends up in the same landfill as the rest of your domestic waste. It's too expensive to recycle and making new plastic is far cheaper. We were all lied to.

The recycling plant has to spend a lot more energy to remove the battery and they are going to throw it in the trash anyway after because they have a big bin of waste that is sorted out which is all automated.
