    Midrange Zorga is the one I prefer the most since it's so stable and not gimmicky in concept compared to the other 2. Only difference is I'd throw in RPD with it as well. Not only cause it's still rng to get one or 2 Karmas in the drop, but also like you said, it's faster and has 5k power more without Karma's power boost. Along with how there are times Karma won't go to drop from field, either just not intercept cuz awkward over guarding or not enough to guard, or no bitter malice. Yolanda I'm not sure as well, it has good return with the draw and +10k, but at the same time it's situational with having 2 other g1 or lower. You can revive them with Zorga sure but it still needs order binding, so it doesn't feel like a consistent strat.

    • @godsman00
      @godsman00  8 месяцев назад

      Definitely agree, Midrange is the most stable which I like a LOT since Zorga traditionally has stability issues lol.
      RPD makes sense, putting it in for the doors and added security you mention is very valid so yeah if you can make space go for it!
      Karma I'd say is a non-issue, even if guards are awkward it's still valid to guard just cuz. In V Messiah a common tactic is to guard with Volkagoade just to get it into drop, and the same idea applies here as getting it into drop to refresh the crit and any power gains is important, so intercepting at all period is already beneficial to you.
      It's fair but man Yolanda definitely helps imo. See how you like it cuz it's not mandatory, maybe lower the ratio to a 1-of, but regardless yeah not crucial but the card advantage is super beneficial and feels like minimal hassle since you were losing those cards anyway lol. Still there's a lot of options my man so you could definitely take her out for one of your preferred cards!
      Thanks for the breakdown, glad to hear your opinion!

    Thanks for the video, it seems like a really fun deck to brew with. I also really love you aggro Zorga build, I’m definitely interested in trying that one the most! I think I’d probably max out on Philanders so I can maximize that early selection and rush as soon as possible; and sorry for asking for so much, I don’t want to put too much on your plate when you already have other things lined up.

    • @godsman00

      Ah finally someone says they're interested in the aggro one I'm glad! That one is so fun lol. Maxing Philander is a fine choice my friend go for it!
      Eh don't worry about it. You requesting is a good thing, it gives me ideas on what to do. Sure I got things lined up for sure, but I also prioritize the community here as much as I can y'know?
      Of course I can't do every request everyone asks, but if it's one I also feel passionate to make then I'll try and make it work!

    Out of these 3 Nadir builds, I certainly prefer Midrange Zorga, since that build will be the latest yet prime example of "sometimes a [potentially] meta deck is just a meme that works consistently" 4
    At first I thought Zorga Nadir's first G3 turn might be a bit underwhelming compare to his Masque counterpart, but since now we can afford to go highlander order, yeah, Nadir all the way
    PS: I was thinking running Spoof Shade (since Wandering Souls need ditch orders) but Yolanda seems superior. Also I am kinda sad that Miasma got powecrept by Fill the Skies since Miasma is certified fan favorite in both red Zorga and Zorga Masques, oh well.
    Btw, Alchmagic with Gratias Cup (persona Regalis Piece) sounds incredibly funny XD
    Thanks for the amazing work and efforts (salutes)

    • @godsman00
      @godsman00  8 месяцев назад

      No surprises there, imo the thing that mostly puts people off about Zorga was how unstable it felt and how linear it had to be to beat past the unstable elements. So Midrange Zorga providing that more stable and easy to maintain gameplan with a good bit of versatility is definitely appealing lol.
      No kidding! I was also super skeptical at first and thought the deck would lack the burst potential masques possessed, but omg the consistency and ease of use from Nadir- and the variety you can reasonably put into the deck, just far outweighs the benefits of the Masques. Heck the numbers aren't even that far apart!
      Oh Spoof was definitely in the running, that card is GREAT for anyone who wants to maximize Ye wandering souls, especially since shadowcloak can straight up return the sucker to hand to recur the cost lol. So ya you were definitely on to something there brother, card is nice!
      Man I SO wanted to include Clouded Miasma, the way that card went from Hero to Zero in an instant is shocking, but yeah fact is Nadir just doesn't need that card at all which is both nice and pretty sad ngl.
      Oh man the best part about Gratias is holding onto it w/ the opponent not knowing you have it. It's hilarious cuz when you don't persona ride during ride phase they breath a sigh of relief just for you to Gratias during alchemagic and throw them back into despair all over again like a true Zorga player 🤣
      Thanks for the kind words, glad you liked it!

    • @elin111
      @elin111 8 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah when stuff like Rezael and Varga are around getting 9-11 cards in hand turn 3 going a more midrange route is certainly preferrable than trying to go all-in OTK wombo combo.

    I personally can't stand rousing rasp. I have a mini aneurysm everytime I SC a trigger unit; I would not cope with tossing up to 4 of them into the dropzone because they were on-top of my deck when I played rousing rasp 😭
    I also wander what you'd think about playing angel ladder as the regalis piece; it is a great way to shut down a shiranui (current threat in the meta) first stride turn because it will prevent your opponent from dominating the Philander you called for early agro. And with shadowcloak, you can drop it from deck to retrieve it with preordained or similar.
    I'm grateful for this video 🙏 i did NOT read my boi properly; that alchemagic is way better than any of his previous forms!

    • @godsman00
      @godsman00  8 месяцев назад +1

      Man ngl was like that too at first, SC or dumping triggers was so PAINFUL like holy crap man. But these days I just choose to ignore it cuz if you dig a good deal of non-triggers it sort of equals out your deck ratio any.
      I definitely thought about it, but ngl I don't really value it beyond the Shiranui matchup which should get hit sooner or later, plus you can always opt to play a more Anti-Shiranui deck as a meta call. I just valued Gratias more cuz Persona is important, but I do totally respect the pick, it's easily on the same level as Gratias imo.
      Glad to hear it! It flew by a lot of people I think so it's cool that the video helped!

    One thing I've felt about Squidward is that Wandering Soul's cost of discarding an Order feel a lot worse in DivineZ format because most games go beyond turn 4-5 and whenever I used Wandering Souls regret it 2 turns later when I'm out of Orders in hand, or worse when it is the only Order left in hand and I can't pay the cost.
    I see the Grass Hopper and it could sure help wit that issue, though taking Orders out of the Bind is kinda counterintuitive imo.

    • @gamersnoop2185
      @gamersnoop2185 8 месяцев назад +1

      There are 2 orders that can grab from drop

    • @elin111
      @elin111 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@gamersnoop2185 They're not very good because most of the time you don't even have that many Orders in the drop they'll be in the Bind Zone. Running awkward cards to make another awkward card less awkward doesn't solve the awkwardness problem.
      Not to mention you'd have to keep using them in Alchemagic for the sake of covering up Wandering Soul's inherent problem over other more useful Orders that better suit your normal gameplan. Besides, if you really think about it unless the third drive check is a a trigger Wandering Souls is just a glorified draw 1 effect, one that is overcosted and an overall -1 in card advantage.
      Command of Death's Restraint at least works as a regular revive something Order.

    • @godsman00
      @godsman00  8 месяцев назад

      I agree ngl, ye wandering souls is pretty taxing and can screw ya over. That's why I probably wouldn't recommend playing it turn after turn if you can help it, even with the hopper.
      Hopper digging from bind does hurt the Bind scaling for sure, but ngl I think it's worth it overall since Alchemagic is the more important thing to maintain turn after turn.
      The recycle orders Gamersnoop mentioned are a possibility but yeah they're not particularly productive to the current turn (which is why I also don't play command of death's restraint). Overall it might come down to ye wandering souls being a 1-of in your version that you whip out for big push turns where you gotta dig for drive pressure.

    • @elin111
      @elin111 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@godsman00 My current list cut Wandering Souls entirely and the deck isn't particularly suffering for it, as mentioned triple drive is only worth it IF the third drive actually does hit a trigger otherwise it is a glorified draw 1 effect.
      With Zorga Squidward the deck naturally inherently already makes very strong push turns naturally just by accumulating bind turn after turn, so instead of looking at to make it more explosive which is what we'd do in previous Zorga builds, instead with this Zorga it is better to look at how to make the deck more stable and better at keeping up with the grind game.
      You can look at Zorga Squidward as similar to Gandeeva in how the more the game goes on the more bind you accumulate and the more you snowball those power gains, you want to sustain gas to keep up that snowball more than explode all your gas at once without follow up afterwards.

    • @godsman00
      @godsman00  8 месяцев назад

      @@elin111 That is a good point, the bind aspect gives us a nice late game scaling. Heck that isn't even Alchemagic locked so in desperate last turn scenarios the double revive for big beat down might just win on it's own 😂

    Zorga can play order 2 times right?
    So if I did alchemical first and RPD come to field with +10K and crit then I activate the order, RPD still can have the effect right?
    Please answer my question, I am a bit confuse

    • @godsman00
      @godsman00  4 месяца назад

      Not quite. See, Alchemagic combines two order effects into one and activates said effects sequentially. Thing of it as tagging on the second order effect after the 1st. In other words, it's 2 effects but wrapped up into the package of a single order activation. That means that RPD would call itself after the whole alchemagic process is done, meaning it misses out on most powerup skills aside from its own. That's why o' Brand of Corpses is such a good order because its continuous doesn't miss timing with RPD.
