Automatic EPS sheet cutting line startup steps

Hi everyone, I am Fiona, In this video, I will invite engineer Shi to show us the Automatic EPS sheet cutting line startup steps.
Before starting up, you first need to check the power supply and air supply of the cutting line to ensure that the power supply and air supply are all connected and the air pressure value is above 6 bar.
After the inspection is completed, check whether the touch screen of the main console is lit. Normally, after the power is turned on, the electric control box will automatically be in the power-on state. If the display screen is still black after starting up, you need to check the key switch and two emergency stop buttons to ensure that all three buttons are in the on state before the display screen lights up.
After the main PLC screen is turned on, pay attention to checking whether the H-cut heating voltage is within the appropriate range. The equipment has a memory function and will maintain the voltage at the last operation, but it is best to check it again before starting up to avoid workers accidentally touching it and causing numerical errors.
If an alarm reminder appears after the main PLC screen is turned on, please check the cause of the alarm and check the corresponding parts.
Next, click the automatic screen to observe the values of the H-cut operating frequency, V-cut operating frequency, and vibration operating frequency. The H-cut and V-cut operating frequencies are controlled by the same knob, with clockwise rotation increasing the speed and counterclockwise rotation decreasing the speed. The vibration operating frequency is controlled by the H-cut vibration knob, with clockwise rotation increasing the vibration frequency and counterclockwise rotation decreasing the vibration frequency.
The C-cut speed and the C-cut vibration speed are adjusted on another electric control box. These values need to be checked after powering on. If they are not correct, they can be adjusted by rotating the knob.
After the inspection is completed, click on the wire setting screen, where the size of the heating wire can be adjusted.
Finally, click on the system parameters to select different functions as needed. Then, return to the automatic screen, select system startup, and the power-on process is completed.
