I think it's completely OK to root for Noel but i still think that she is not a good person. Having an inferiority complex does not justify her actions .

Not to mention ALOT of other questionable things she has done in her human form. Noel at her core, is a coward scum, and having a tragic past don't excuse her from the things she did in the VN

I would feel bad for her, but she basically became a dead apostle because she thought she was turning but actually wasnt. At that point, it was just a matter of natural selection.
For Noel, the bad and wrong ones are the weak ones. By that, Noel is fully aware that she's the wrong because she's weak. She never sees herself as the winner and righteous.

They’re both not wrong to feel the way they do, but it’s up to u to decide if it’s ok for Ciel to want to live as a normal human despite all of Roas actions in her body; and vice versa, if it’s ok for Noel to blame Roas actions in Ciels body as Ciels fault specifically. This is obviously an oversimplification of what’s actually going on, but in short it’s what most of it boils down to.
