i have the same problem but it not works for me, my monitor went black and i go to check it in device manager the gpu is not regonize and i tried all the method and it does not work too

only my igpu it works
Check the gpu cables and else your gpu is dying

whenever I plug charger it crashes
Try replacing the charger else update your bios drivers
