This series actually got me interested in d&d, something I would've never considered.
Deborah Ann is an extraordinary DM! I hope this series catches so that the name Woll gets brought up with Perkins, Mercer, and Colville. As far as RUclips goes, I'd say just wait. They just put up "Overlight: Fractured Paradox" episode 1 today, and that's about 3-4 months old (I think). They're also releasing all of the old "Shield of Tomorrow" episodes, and "L.A. by Night" Season 1 episodes. Give it a few months (sorry) and we might see them on RUclips.
I hope this show eventually finds its way to RUclips.

Love Matthew Lillard! So cool that he plays dnd!!! He said you don't really know who you are before you play, and I half agree. I have my backstory planned out and my traits, ideals, flaws, etc. written down. BUT the character does evolve as you play. Also, my first character was a dragonborn!
How the hell are we alive and able to watch Shaggy without disintegrating? He's allowing us to witness his god-like form. Remember this day until you die for every breathe is a gift from All-Father Shaggy!
George Arthur the reason we can survive is Shaggy is not possessing Matthew at this moment but if Shaggy decides to take over his body as his vessel if we are watching the show live we would all likely be doomed

I just watched episode 2 and this is already my favorite series of its type. Deborah is a natural storyteller and she's great at really drawing the players and audience into the moment, which makes sense since she's an actor, but it's really the storytelling that takes it to the next level. That and the props/scenery. I don't think it really gives anything away to say the second episode takes place in the forest, and the set was decked out in foliage and the lighting looked like moonlight coming through branches... freaking amazing. The scenery changing, new guests every week, and everyone getting nifty trinkets at the top of the show add another reason to make me want to watch each week, because it's a surprise (and the story itself, of course).
THAT IS THE BEST SET for D&D I've ever seen in a while....I'm kinda jealous.
I could play in a soggy cardboard box with Deborah as a DM. She's magical.

Just found this and absolutely loved it, great DM'ing, likeable entertaining players and a guest who added to the show and didn't take it over. Bravo folks! Will be binge watching the rest and following with great interest. Thankyou!

He literally did SO much in that space of time it's kinda strange. For one thing he is the voice of Shaggy in Scooby Doo.
I really like how you did not once say to a player: “No, that won’t work “ or shut down their narrative on what their characters did. Your veterans and new players alike were completely engaged and their enjoyment contagious to watch. Glad I found you and I am a fan!

I'm so glad Matthew acknowledged Deborah's skill as a DM. She really is fantastic. And hearing her make a comment about Season 2 gives me hope that she knows something we don't. Because I REALLY want to see more of Relics & Rarities. The best D&D campaign show I've seen yet. But I'd TOTALLY be down with Matthew Lillard coming back for season 2 as a permanent party member.

hay geek and sundry. I caught part of this first episode last week and I was blown away. I loved it so very much. Unfortunately I fell asleep halfway threw it due to 12hour work days that start at 5:30am.

I would use Alpha if it was usable with my IP, videos on RUclips 1080 run smooth but it drops to 360p and below on alpha, so I can’t justify continued subscription to it. Just the site, content wise I think talks Machina, the overlay of CR stream or Wednesday club and R&R is great

I would love to see Matthew Lillard as a player regular on this show. He was fantastic I thought; they all were. Deborah Ann is an indelible DM/Storyteller and has a quick wit for improvisation to cater to the party.
I loved this show. I know that there is a paywall to have an alpha subscription to watch the show but I can assure everyone that is apprehensive about getting a subscription that it is totally worth it. I’ve had my alpha subscription for almost a year and I love it.
Legend says that Shaggy only needed to use 1% of his power to get onto this channel.

....I really hope this show takes off enough to get pins as merch. Hats and shirts are cool but a pin feels like it would be right at home on set which would add an extra awesome feel to wearing it.

Please bring this to RUclips no way would I sign up to another streaming service. Surely you would make so much from sponsorship and ad revenue. 1.9mil subs surely should bring the viewers in.
Sorry to be the one break your bubble, but all this stuff costs a ton of money, and RUclips sucks ass for content creators. They will probably bring it to youtube after a long while, but you will be waiting with that attitude.
I agree with the above statement - youtube is problematic for content creators, unless you fit a very specific formula that plays directly into youtube’s algorithm. I’m so grateful they have Alpha that secure them a steady, accountable revenue that makes it possible for them to make shows like this and Dread with higher production value.
Now, I still understand the discontent with how Alpha was originally introduced (and maybe mainly lack of communication) but at this point I feel like people should move on and see Alpha for an offer for brilliant shows and way to directly support the content creators

I always got myself in trouble playing with "module players" that view it as a sort of quick fix while I was always a "roll player" that embraced the characters.
