I have a soft spot for Guild guitars. A few years ago I wanted a guitar that wasn't a Les Paul but was of that style so I bought a used Guild Bluesbird. It was one of the last to be built at the Rhode Island factory before Fender in their wisdom closed it down. I would put it up against any Les Paul. I have since bought a Starfire 1 which I think is their cheapest version. It is made in Indonesia but the build quality is right up there. Having seen and listened to your GAD 30 I'm now gassing for a Guild acoustic!
@@kingstumble I love the Guild Starfire. Nearly bought a sixties one but the owner had painted it black! What! Still fancy one.

Cool. Im fine tx Davie. Keep seeing your videos - keep it up mate! I got out with my guitar at least twice a week sometimes 3 or 4 times. Ive had left hand trouble for quite a while but I manage it somehow! I have always wanted a Guild Starfire. Nearly bought a long time ago - an original 60s one but the owner had painted it black gloss! So I left it. I play a lot of acoustic guitar now. Take care old bean! And tx for dropping by.
