I'll be in the Spokane/Republic area in May, and am hoping you could suggest a good bass fishing lake in the area with decent shore access for walking and chucking senkos/ned rigs. I see you doing this over there, but I'm from the west side and don't know which waters have that type of access. Thanks for any help! Tight lines!
Silver Lake has some shore fishing for large mouth and muskie. Newman has a dock as well but less access but same tigers and musky. Liberty lake has some a dock I believe but shore fishing is harder now a days. But I only fish for large and muskey and hit Newman and Silver when I'm in a hurry. Silver u can catch right off the dock we do all the time.
Great day of fishing you guys had, a few different species that are fine eating. If you get a chance show us how you like to fix your crappie. I just fillet mine batter them up and fry them. I might be getting my hands on a 14 foot rowboat/John boat. What should I do to it to make it multi purpose for fishing most lakes in eastern Washington.
