I love bright purple lipsticks. (I’m bright winter too). I’ve been afraid of anything coral or watermelon leaning bc I thought it would be too orange on me, but I may give one a try now.

First: determine your undertone, are you true cool or do you lean neutral? Second determine your third dimension of color- if you’re all cool you’re true winter, if you are neutral and dark, Dark Winter, Neutral and bright/clear, Bright Winter. This can be incredibly difficult to determine yourself because it is hard to be objective with ourselves. I would recommend having a friend help or getting a professional analysis so you can see for yourself.
@@fracaiulo6046 I’ll admit, the red top I’m wearing in this video is a little off from my palette. I think it is a bit too warm for me and not quite bright winter. I also regret wearing red to showcase a bunch of red lipstick… poor planning on me. In true bright winter colors I really am in harmony. It’s just hard to find the perfect match especially when online shopping.

I agree that it looks better when I create my own color. I dab on shifting, iridescent silver or icy light purple highlighter on top.
