Depression has been hitting deep lately, all I can say is “I’m Fine” when I’m not. When does the pain end? When does it all end? 😢
It doesn't, I've had depression since I was 9 and it hasn't gotten better since, I lost my mom a year and a half ago, that completely shattered me to the point that I now and angry at anyone and everyone and anything and everything as well as intense guilt because I watched her die right in front of me because I hesitated, depression is something that no matter how much you try fight it, it will always hit harder than a truck of bricks when you don't want it or you least expect it, I learned to live with it and now I have so many bottled feelings and I hide behind a mask with the most infuriating smile saying 'I'm fine', 'I'm alright' or 'I'm ok', it's funny when you think about it, the longer you wear that mask, the more you believe it's real, trust me that's something you don't want because when it does you start to forget things you don't want to, I don't know if this helped or not, if it did than your welcome but if not (which I don't think so) then I at least tried
