Did you have or have you had subsequently any issues with the winged carbon fibre plate at the front? I have heard some horror stories with them causing issues with rubbing etc...
Good question, as I've even found The North Face fit finder inaccurate. Overall I'd describe them as Long and wide. I'm a 10.5UK in Salomon and Inov-8, a 45EU in La Sportiva and Scarpa and a 10UK in Nike, Brooks and Asics. I tested a 10UK and I felt it was perfect. I do know however that some have gone down 1/2 size, but I like plenty of space in front of my toes. The Width felt good too and I would say it was equivalent to Inov-8 4-width scale. Although it's wide I had no issues with the heal being too wide. I hope that helps. - Ross

I'd rather spend money on Trail Super shoes compared to Road. The trail shoes last way longer...
