You know if you’re not paying attention to the lyrics? You can *still* tell they’re trying to convey a heartfelt message! 🥹 This is what I love about music overall, how it can convey emotion, and how words and lyrics can be used to give a very literal or very abstract representation *of* the music. I love it!! 💖 ✨
Completely agree dude. I knew full well that once I dived into the lyrics that it was gonna be even more meaningful after how the music made me feel
I had a very emotional reaction to this song/music video. I honestly don't remember the last time I was affected by a song like this, and you explained my thoughts very well. I liked Prisoner a lot, but THIS is a masterpiece.

Jessie's vocals alone are incredible but then 2:20 when David comes in on the backing vocals was instant chills the first time I heard this. Massive props to Eleni taking the drums to another level
