60's and 70's Oldies sounded awesome back then on the few (very few) CHR stations brave enough to dive into the vaults and find a collection of gems that mixed into the 'high energy' vibe of music at that time. You also had to check for HISS and stereo phase issues prior to 'carting them off' and adding them to the playlist. And from the sound of this aircheck, the SuperQ was the best. Awesome job!
@Superbook4Eva ---Yes...that was an integral part of the "Super Q" format....and it is what made us very different from any other station in the market at that time.

Neat to hear a CHR station in 1987 still playing lots of '60s oldies. Was that par for the course on QIO at this time?
