It's a shame this isn't properly simulated in game - in reality the Blast has something called Finals Day, where the semis and final all happen on one day at Edgbaston. Always a big crowd and a big event, I don't know if it's licenses hampering it but it would be cool if Big Ant could make it more accurate to real life

Completely agree The Boxing Day and New Years Test are in the two weeks when the majority will be on holidays Whereas perth and the others don’t get that luxury

They won't, ever since EA went the Ultimate team mode on FIFA they have prioritized microtransactions and PvP since it gets them the revenue. Maybe 2k games will give us a cricket game but I don't think EA are going back to cricket.

Lancashire vs Hampshire was the Blast final in 2022 and I'd recommend having a look at how that game finished with Nathan Ellis' no ball drama
