whoa now, why did Hostel 2 suck? in Hostel 1 we see mostly guys get tortured, in Hostel 2 we see girls. What's the problem?! You don't like Bijou Phillips, Lauren German, Barbara Nedeljakova and Vera Jordanova? Also as a horror movie, Hostel 2 was even better - we learn more about Elite Hunting and the sets are more professionally designed. They're both good and both similar, so I don't see how you can really like one but hate the other.
Sounds like the violin is crying for Human's most evil instincts & depravation...

Hostel 3 somehow gives me trashfilm vibes, but I kinda love how the murder is a performance for people who seem like aliens in how much they're antisocial.
The difference is Eli Roth didn't direct part 3

"Hostel" 1 was better than "Saw", But "Hostel Part II" is better than the 'Saw" sequels even though people are shitting all over it.

I thought this scene is the best in the entire trillogy, coming back to the original location where it all happened only to see that the buisiness is running stronger than ever before. I loved the fact that the further Stuart went, the less possible it was for him to get out of this situation...

This Slovenian version is haunting..... Screw the origin and the arguing as to the origin... Who cares where this originated, the impact is all that matters. If the song and the music have an emotional effect, then the director has done his or her job :)

Amo esta pelicula y a su antecesora, son peliculones del gore. Esta pelicula es oscura, sangrienta, con mucha simbologia escondida, y con un final macabro que esta entre un final feliz de la prota se a salvado, y uno deprimente de que ella se convertido en un mounstro y que no podra jamas salir de ese mundillo. Una obra maestra y mucho mejor que ese truño de Martyrs que esta increiblemente sobrevalorada.

Hostel 2 is a great movie and my favorite one. I think that you feel something sad when you hear the song with the two mad men ready to kill poor girls.

It was good to see those 2 guys get their comeuppance in the end and didn't get out alive. They also died horrific deaths that they totally deserved. It was well made how it was portrayed that the mouthy dude was terrified about the whole thing and backed down when it came down to the nitty gritty. And the quieter one that appeared to show compassion actually was more up for it in the end. It is also a disturbing portrayal that the rich control the poor. And if you are rich enough and really want something then it can possibly be bought. A terrifying concept, but true.

When you're talking American Psycho I'm assuming you wanted Hip to be Square by Huey Lewis and the News? I would think the issue is that the songs aren't original pieces of work that owe their existence to the film. They were created beforehand and the rights to use them were bought by the producers.

OST are almost always a dissapointment. The amount of times I have paid through the nose or downloaded them and found that the key bits of music I really wanted are not included. It is infuriating: Hostel II, Hannibal, American Psycho.. all of these and more seem to have most of the music but not the pieces you really want.
Google it. Copy and paste from this video the title of the song and add at the google space the word "lyrics" and u will find it both in Czech and English.
