Actually, per NFL rules they can't practice as a team for 3 days during the bye week. I'd be stocked if individual players aren't practicing with a few of themselves outside of the team.
That just means they can't hold official practices. In 2022 Hurts was shown going into the building and working by himself. He was also reported to have been watching film all day at the facility.
I believe that teams can practice Monday-Wednesday during the bye week, then take the rest of the week off. However, it seems that taking the whole week off makes sense to rest up and get healthier.
Obviously this team either thinks they are above practice because they're already good enough or they know they aren't going anywhere so no need to bother. Either way I'm not expecting anything more than a playoff spot and loss thereafter. Not going to put a bunch of expectations on this team and let them ruin my season.
