Thanks for watching! I’ve been feeling under the weather this past week which really slowed down my upload schedule. Thanks so much for being patient 😊 I hope to have the finale reaction out soon! 💛
See I interpreted that look at August as him thinking over what HE wants after his convo with the psychologist. I think he realized that a lot of his sense of duty could be from guilt and with August in the mix he could possibly have a chance to live normally. Which is why he went to Simon to tell him that if he doesn’t report and August gets away that he could let August take over and he could escape all the pressure and they could be together. But ultimately he wanted Simon to choose for himself because he knew he deserved to choose what he wanted to do. So when Simon told him he would report he accepted it but it gave him a panic attack because it meant that he would be stuck with the responsibilities and the pressure of the crown. And that because of that they didn’t know what would happen with their relationship. I love love loved the writing in this episode and the way they slowly came to understand each other from ep 4 to here. Simon understood Wille’s position better through their conversation about the “book” and Wille gave Simon back his agency to make decisions regarding what had happened even though it scared him. It was very mature of them both I think
I feel it could be a little bit of both. My feelings stemmed from him saying “never mind” and walking away. Much like Simon, would he be able to live with himself if he allowed someone like August to be King? There’s a sense of duty in that too. I may be looking too much into that one comment but I could definitely feel the internal struggle there as he took a long look at him.
Yep. When Simon said he would go to the police, you could hear the door of the gilded cage slam shut on Wille. He got back to his room looking at a lifetime of having to live a lie without the one person left in the world that he absolutely loves & trusts. No wonder he threw up! Fair play to him for not trying to talk Simon out of his decision, but standing by his promise to let him do what he felt was best for himself, even though it kind of condemns Wille to the thing he fears most.
Another Lynn chiming in. Simon had been upset about Wilhelm keeping information secret “for Simon’s protection” and taking away his choice, his agency. Wilhelm is showing with actions that he loves Simon by giving him the information and freely letting him make the choice best for him. Wilhelm is showing Simon that he can trust him.
This episode is the best, I really love that Wille and Simon understood their perspective and that Wille was completely honest with Simon when he told him about the situation with August and that he let Simon to decide what will happen and he wasn´t mad at him and supported him and actually was there for him, it is really a personal development at both of them, I hope Simon now knows Wille is honest and supporting him and I am also happy he said it in front of Ayub and Rosh. I am dying to see your reaction on episode 6, you´re gonna pass out I swear and also cry a lot.
August actually looks completely different when he's with Sara. She seems to be the one person he actually cares about, perhaps even more than himself, and nobody is more surprised about that than him!
Astonishingly, he shows her absolute loyalty in the next episode, even though he's in a position brought about entirely because he decides to crap all over her faith in him. That boy needs some heavy-duty therapy!
fck him after ep 6 is obvious that he just want power if he cares about what she thinks he would be listening what she is been telling to him and is not sara's work to make this man a better person he need to do it for himself imagine if he goes to therapy but keeps trying to silence the victims for what he did at the same time? he literally has no excuses to being an asshole
@@moonchiId. I agree. The stuff he's done is unforgivable , and there are no excuses. But there is obviously another side to his character that no-one but Sara can see. The boy is a mess. He's clearly pathologically insecure, and rather than do the difficult "right" thing, will always do the wrong thing if he thinks it will protect his own backside, without giving a single thought to the consequences, which are inevitably worse than if he'd acted differently, or not at all.
@@jacquiehahn4910THANK U! Ppl are so focused on his bad deeds that they ignore all the underlying layers to this character. August is amazingly written and has so many issues. Doesn’t justify anything he’s done but it’s doing a disservice to the effort the writers have put in to his character to disregard all this context they’re giving
different to Sara he is loyal to those he cares about. Shame for Wille, he's not one of them, but he holds Sara's back no matter what, even selling his father's art for her, which he didn't even do for himself to remain at school. Whereas she is just betraying everyone in the end.
One thing that isn’t that important but I still appreciate is that they show Wille brushing his teeth after he threw up bc otherwise I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the scene between Wille and Simon afterwards😭 also I think why he threw up was more bc of the realization that if Simon reports August he is stuck with being the crown prince and has no way out, I mean he could still decide to give up the crown when he turns 18 but then he would feel like he’s letting Eric down like he told Simon. It’s probably both that and that he wouldn’t be able to be with Simon but I feel like it’s more about the prince thing. Loved your reaction to this episode and can’t wait gor the next one☺️🫶🏼
Hahaha I thought the same thing about brushing his teeth. They do more morning breath making out than I’m comfortable with 🤣 I couldn’t deal with puke breath!
Can we please for a moment be pissed at Marcus for telling his MOM about them being together when Simon clearly stated he isn't ready? He's establishing himself as a bf on all levels and ultimately complains about not getting through with it.
I cut that bit out last minute because I couldn’t be bothered by Marcus 😆 I feel so bad for their Mom because she really has no idea what her kids are really going through at the moment
i love this scene when simon went to wille room to talk to him and they both was talking about how they are feeling about things when wille stand up and gave simon a hug and simon hug him back and when they started makeing out i love when wille close the curtains so they can same privacy i just love everything about this scene also when they at the table talking about the book that was realy good because they can talk to each other with out anyone know they talking about each other. and u can see there chemistry is so strong and there passion and there connection is so strong too and u can see in there eyes when they look at each other there always glowing and you can see in both of them there are sparks when they look at each other and u can see how much they still care for each other there eyes is giving the answers what they both are feeling.
they said the last scene with wille and simon was so intense because they knew that after simon goes to police they would never be able to be together like this, that's why they felt this is their last time being together like this. and as their coordinator said it was like "this is not gonna work, we are never gonna see each other again, but I want you so much." 😭
"When they're together they're much stronger, they can do things...VERY PASSIONATE THINGS". 🤣 Truth! I feel like Sarah brings out the soft side of August. Just the way he looks at her. But in the end, will he still only think of himself? We shall see!
i love one part of this episode is that when they at the tabile talking about the book but u can see they are talking about each other so they can understand each other that was realy good and u can tell in there eyes the eyes are the answer how they are feeling toword each other and withot anyone knows they are talking to each other about how they both are feeling.and you can tell they still love each other but it hard for both of them because of everything going on between them. and there passion; connection and there chemistry is so speical and they got strong feelings for each other but they have to work together to make it work between them.
I've seen a lot of judgments towards Wille. At the end of the day I guess is easier to us to relate to Simon's reality and feelings... But we have no clue how it is to grow up as a royal, as a back up, especially if this makes no sense to you. Wille is trying hard but Simon seems just to be angry all the time. It's understandable but it should be Wille situation too. I think Wille was trying to be honest with Simon about what's going on...And not trying to make him feel guilty or justify why he didn't tell him before. Simon asked for transparency. There you go. Anyways, I dont think this show is about us picking a side but being able to see and relate to the human aspect in each character... And to have a broader look at their circumstances. That's what I love about YR. It's not about perfection, right or wrong, but being human in it's fully meaning.
August is softer with Sara, I like him in that way. The ending with Simon and Wille is so wonderful, they belong together. Thanks for your effort in making these reaction videos!
to be fair, when Wille decided to not tell Simon at first, he didn't know about August being back up. Its kind of sitting with me the wrong way he puts it like his main consideration later on, although it surely makes a large part from there on.
He didn't know that August was already being prepared to be his backup, but he knew that August is the only relative from the Royal bloodline left aside from him. Also he knew that the Royal Family would be protecting August against Simon and he was scared what the consequences for Simon would be, that was his main reason for not telling him sooner.
"awnn august posted cp for the whole world see it just because of his ego is a classist but he is cute to his gf yes sara pls stay with him its your work to make this man a better person 😍" thats how some ppl looks like lmao not saying it about you
Sigh. You know, I often cringe at myself when I watch back because this is true. This is why I struggle so much when I watch August and Sara together. On the surface they’re cute but it’s so so twisted 😬
I loved your reaction again! As Wilhelm is of royal blood, I fully understand that he, doesnt want August to be next in line. All I am interested in at this point in the show tbh, is Wilhelm and Simon. The horse thing with Sarah just doesnt interest me....for me Wilhelm, Simon and what August does next is the first priority. Wilhelm has my heart again since the beginning...
You know what i find kind of frustrating about Simon with this whole situation? He is blaming Wille for not going against his family or against want they want of him, whilst last season when he had that argument with Sara about her being kind of a brat, he said to her "at least im not pissing on my family". But thats exactly what he expects Wille to do... 😬 I think it's unfair and kinda selfish of him... its okay for Wille to piss off on his family but its not okay when its his? I dont know... it annoys me a lot 😅 Edit: i was referring to the scene in the music room where Simon says to Wille that he is exactly like his mom!
