I never thought Brett was a scam, but I was 200% sure that Crash has more addresses holding Brett, I instinctively felt he was hiding something.
Crash created his brand new public wallet Feb 23. Brett was introduced Feb 24. Crash buys BRETT into public wallet on Feb 27th, then says he created public wallet to show the world his skills in picking crypto. Yeah, no insider knowledge here. TOTAL coincidence.
Did you see the new video of the guy that saud Crash took money out? He apologized to Crash because he made a mistake thinking it was Crash wallet.

The whole base push the last month or six weeks seemed so inauthentic to me I didn't get into any of it. I was doing what you suggested and wait till there is capitulation through time.

to be fair, that never stopped memes from blasting off, just look at the pepe fud (granted, that was after it was listed on binance), and yet it went and did an insane 10x after that MASSIVE dump... memes tend to be picked up by community regardless of these shitty people, brett found its community, and they will keep the token surviving and revive it most likely...
I have to say though it brings a smile to my face seeing crash getting called out for his hypocrisy and lies.. SO SATISFYING. How badly he wanted people to get into the ETH Andy was a massive red flag for me, it showed me this guy has no principles and all this shit about Brett being the face of Base was nothing genuine lol, he believes none of that shit. There's even this deleted tweet circulating about him shittalking coinbase in the past.
This wont affect Brett, or memes either. Even if it goes to zero it'll find people buying it and keeping the meme alive, that's what makes these iconic meme tokens so unique (not the small shitcoin rugs, but a proper meme like Brett, following Pepe's example).
Brett's community is built on insiders that have beenp holding majority of mc untill the liquidity is high enough but got exposed.....they been dumping 100s of thousands all day watch the wallets. 100m Mc over weekend insiders are getting out now with what they can while they are ahead. last 100m will be the retail that bought the top

Well, at this point it matters not if it is or isn't a scam. I was considering throwing a few hundred bucks into BRET, but with this information out I certainly will not. I'm sure that many if not most potential buyers feel the same at this point. It's all about risk/reward ratio and as it stands now the risk is too high to bother, especially that the market is saturated with memes at much lower market cap. So if the supply of buyers dries up, only supply of seller remines. Only one direction left for this one...
When the influences dump the token will crash and they wont give a "heads up" when they do.
