I am from India I sell indian confectionery products and sweets and sale of my products is only during RAMADAN NIGHT BAZAAR 10 to 20 days and not through out the twelve months. Can I get trade license for retail sales activities W/O floating company at the huge cost of 10 k AED Annually
If an offshore company constructed property, VAT incurred for construction expenses can be claimed from FTA? After completing the building, offshore company will lease or give it to someone to operate it.
The definition of offshore here is different. They are companies just on paper and can't construct properties. To get into real estate construction, it has to be a mainland company in UAE. To claim VAT need to see the sales/revenue generated by your company is falling in which slab. If you want I can arrange a call with SME on this for better clarification.

Yes u can ...but u will not call it import because import term applies when you purchase any item from outside country.
