Once you get yr rebuiled cylinder back on, engine running, you want to take it easy & go back & forth with it a few times very slowly. Allowing the air to get out the way without heating up, turning into foam, burning the seals. Not that you did here, just a tip for some that wldn't know. I 've learned it the hard way :)

When I work with those hard rubber almost plastic like seals I heat up some water and put them in the hot water to soften them up just a little Make it easier to move them into where they go Looks like that piston has been apart a few times before in the past.

Yes I’m sure it has been apart quite a few times with the hours on this machine. I have also heated up those seals before. Sometimes they are just that tight.

Years ago, I worked on my boss's 1957 USN forklift. It would stop running outside in the cold. It turned out that the propane regulator cooling lines were clogged. After cleaning them out, and reinstalling them, it ran fine after that. Sometimes its the little things that make the big problems.

Crc distribution in Alabama has many parts for hydraulic cylinders, etc. In many cases, they're the same as the oem, but less expensive. I haven't used them yet, but i know some folks that have, with VG results.

You are in luck. I saved the receipt and it shows the part number as 9125511120. I bought it through the CAT dealer.👍

Do you have a video showing how to remove it because I can’t get mine out

Unfortunately I don’t have a video about that. I want to say I had a little bit of a time getting mine out though. It’s in such a bad spot. I made some solid wooden ramps that I use to back the forklift up on to so that it gives me more room to work underneath it.
