I liked the idea of placing Tommy in Liberty City in the 1970s, meaning before the events of the game, when Tom was with Sonny Forelli's gang before he was imprisoned and demanded the stolen money.
Probably the only thing that doesn't seem logical, is the connection underwater tunnel, canonically were built in Liberty City by about 2000. They'd better re-use that ferry terminal from Liberty City Stories.
It was better to use the entire map of LCS, not the III. - The Big Shot Casino instead of Kenji’s Casino - Paulie’s Revue Bar instead of Luigi Sex 7 and others
Panlantic construction was not there, so as the Callahan Bridge and the tallest skyscraper in the city. Why nobody cares about the city itself and leave it unchanged if they put so much effort in these mods?
