You'll play most of the game as Henry, but in the DLC "a woman's lot" you can take a pause of the main game by talking to two female side characters (one of them Henry's love interest) and listening what they had to go through after you got separated in the destruction of your home town. This triggers the DLC content where you play their story as them. If you get the game, I recommend getting the package with all DLCs, it isn't much more expensive than the base game by now and all of the DLCs where fun additions that neatly fit into the main game.

Never played this game yet and I've always wanted to, didn't knew you can play as a female.
@@newt4050 it's only in a dlc side quest though. Don't buy it expecting to play the full game as a woman
