Great idea! Yes, I can concur on seeing improvement once you track goals. The same has happened to me in writing and drawing, and I want to exercise and drink water more often, too. It's interesting to watch this, knowing that you finished drafting and editing your current project. :)

bro i was an alcoholic for a good three years almost died twice, now all I drink is water and I have a glass a whiskey or a beer every so often. hope it's going good on that habit-kicking. ( I also need to get back into the gym.)
I’m glad you’ve figured it out! It’s not a problem for me, I just don’t like how I feel the next day even when I just have a glass of wine. Quarantine has really helped me knock down what I’m drinking to just water tho :) I’m more hydrated than ever 😂
