Hopefully you can still cancel it. It's a fun scooter (like most RUclipsr shows, reason why we got this) but be ready to be able to fix parts that will fall apart. Good luck
A Bit late but you can make it go 30mph if you removed the batteries and the metal cover to get to the controller and all the wiring and find a sky blue wire and disconnect it. It's a speed limiter.
Thanks for the review. I thought velocifero was quality, the price is certainlu steep. But will buy a cheaper alternative from another producer instead
Hey man sorry to hear this about your scooter.. i would recommend to you dualtron is the top scooter on the market i have one myself and is nothing like this one! Look it up is dualtron thunder.. they have different models but they are all top of the game scooters i do like 50 miles per hour and range like 60 miles and love it man take care
Or...If I want,go for something totally rad like the Rions...The RE80/90/100s are awesome.Wish I could afford those scooters.Just watching those accelerate on RUclips with the front tyres(!) screeching for grip still at 40kmh+ speeds is music to my ears! ;-D
I need the main harness goes 2 connector from the controller side and 4 on the throttle side do you know where I can get that ? Otherwise ima swap the wiring and controller and throttle from a wide wheel pro and place it on the velocifero
I'm sorry but I am not familiar with the Choas 1600w. From what I've experienced, they all seem to be made with similar lack of quality. At least the few I've been exposed to. Unless the company has made changes since I bought mine, i would recommend something like the Rad Mini or Rad Rover electric bikes.
Don't know about the uberscoot but 3 years ago we bought something similar to that (www.superscootersales.com) and I only have it for 3 weeks and had to return coz they keeps breaking. I think most of this scooters came from one place that they have same design just different name. If you can fix little things and change batteries (base from others this seems to have issues with batteries) and keep it maintain, the velecifero might be a better buy but like I said I know nothing about uberscooter. It looks good and price is a little cheaper. All the best.
This is my most recent review of this velocifero. I still uses mine but not as often as before at least once a week (10miles) ruclips.net/video/Hywck-xk404/видео.html
LOL! been there done that with my 1500Watt lithium scooter Bro.what you got there, the Moto Tec (Velocifero) is a P.OS. scooter.in the longterm,it's garbage.my 1500 Watt lithium scooter from the get go,was garbage.it was a P.O.S scooter.that Velocifero looks almost like my 1500 Watt lithium scooter.Garbage.just throw it over the cliff bro.i got rid of mine.just the name Moto Tec is Gross.none of those brand new Velocifero scooters ain't worth a Sh!+.i feel ya bro.i feel ya.
I have similar issues on mine. The battery was overcharged by the past owner and i need to change the batterys now. What batterys did you use for replacement? Also my mudguatd fell off (i didnt even notice it until now haha), and my nephew did unscrew the handle bar screw so the bolt inside did fall down and now the handle cant be tightened into place anymore. Oh, and did i mention my chain also broke? This ”italian quality” almost cost me 1000 euros and its just a big piece of junk, isnt it? Haha
Hi hubby is at work but he will answer your questions. You can find more info from this post about the battery replacement. www.2kidsinapod.com/2018/08/day-26-review-of-new-mototec-velocifero.html. And the video post here ruclips.net/video/IREojr2sby8/видео.html Will make sure he addressed your issues asap so maybe he can help. Thanks for stopping by ❤
We have two of theses scooters. These scooters are far from being junk. I bought them for the big knobby tires and the 1600 watt power. With original batteries it can take a well-fed 230lb American up a steep 100ft long, 30 ft tall hill. It slows to a crawl but makes it without using feet. It can then traverse 2 miles of bumpy, winding, hilly(is hilly a word?) dirt road, and back to camp, and still show full charge. Install of voltage meter on scooter or use one when charging and don't go over 52 volts. That is 13 volts per battery. They are what you make them. I am making these good scooters into great scooters. I bought spare batteries just in case I want more run time while camping without charging . Amazon Chrome batteries, 12v 15ah, 4 of them delivered- $95. Bought 10ft spare chain and 10 links ebay $30. Bought thumb throttle with voltage readout ebay $7, but had to swap hall pickup from original twist throttle to get it to work. Feet together on board is awkward riding, less balance. Installed folding footrests near front bottom of battery box. MFG supply, AZ1739, $25 for two sets(4 footrests). We use these for camping , dirt road scooting. We ain't young! Seats were too high and felt like a block of 8" wide lumber was trying to get all up in my bunghole which I find to be uncomfortably annoying. Seat edges dig in where leg meets butt. Replaced her seat with a RAVX seat neighbor bought but did not like because it looked goofy on his bicycle. $10..(they cost more). Used shaft and bracket from old Specialized rock hopper bike. Cut angle on bottom of shaft to match angle in bottom of frame hole. Used one side of the plastic shims at the top of frame post hole . Drilled and used 5 self tapping screws. Very solid, you can pick bike up by the seat. I am going to install full tire splash guards, and am waterproofing everything. When these batteries die, I may build a transformer so I can use my Kobalt 80volt lithium batteries from my mower and chainsaw to run scooters since I already have 10 of the 2 and 5 ah batteries. Or I might just build some lipo4 battery packs for them. Estimated 50ah to 60ah at 48 - 52 volt with the available space.
Hello I am sorry to hear about your scooter BUT you not only one same mine I been sent back to shop for this one I don’t like it bec too easy to dead by battery and then charge up leave it for 9 hours but my scooter went full battery then later about 20 to 30 mins went to dead battery again!!!! Feel not right with that I don’t like it that I am glad I sent back to shop and swap normal scooter look better than old one feel like very fast really pretty good
I think the problems you've had could have been avoided, like all electrical equipment it should be charged to the specified time also I don't think this type of machine would be suitable for any rough riding off road should stick to smooth hard surfaces, many moving perts and vibrations I would expect a bit of regular maintenance as well as safety checks.
It is. They can definitely make this scooter so much better and sell quickly. Needs better quality control/check. Design is cool for sure and lots of fun. 2 years ago I bought something similar and had nothing but problems so I returned it after failing to fix it. At least this one i managed to fix.
if you buy one you will need a lot of maintaining of the scooter because parts tends to fall apart specially if you use it often and in rugged areas. You are better of getting an electric bike (you can watch our review of the RadBike electric bike - we are very happy with our purchase and they are a lot of fun too)
Thanks God that I've found you're video on RUclips! I already ordered one but now I'm gonna cancel it! Thank you ❤️

what sky blue wire is it? there are like 4 of them
@@rdrd9676 the right one
@@chad6243 thanks..it was the thin blue one by the power wires
Great review 👍. Not a bad if you don't mind putting in ALL new batteries and putting on ALL new nuts and bolts.
I have my Velocifero scooter over three years no and the only issue I had in 2019 the throttle I had to replace it.
Thanks for the review. I thought velocifero was quality, the price is certainlu steep. But will buy a cheaper alternative from another producer instead
Amigo. Tuviste problema con el fusible? O eso te anduvo bien? El mío sobrecalienta
How much you spent to replace the batteries?
I can buy one tonight in good condition with a lithium battery for 400...worth it?
Hey man sorry to hear this about your scooter.. i would recommend to you dualtron is the top scooter on the market i have one myself and is nothing like this one! Damn !!! Thank you for saving my $$$$

Have these issues been rectified with the newer 200W?
I need the main harness goes 2 connector from the controller side and 4 on the throttle side do you know where I can get that ? Otherwise ima swap the wiring and controller and throttle from a wide wheel pro and place it on the velocifero
Thanks!
Did you for personal safety check the screws and make sure they are torqued
U can switch the controller out and motor for about 100, and get significantly more power
i kind of wish i'd found this video before i bought mine i already have to replace the batteries i only had the thing for a month
which is your favorite
Disconnect the limiter connector in the battery compartment and it will be fun going 45kph.
And replace with lithium batteries 25ah or above 48vdc. Have fun!
What do you think about there chaos?
Wanna kno how to wire that z 96z
Was thinkin of gettin one of these but u have defo changed my mind. U know if the choas 1600w has any of these issues?

I don’t understand the display „assist“ option can anyone help me?
it’s just the speed modes
Sounds like there cheaply made, your not the only one who had to replace there batteries, shame it’s the coolest looking scooter tho.
