Hey i started last month but just finally cleared this on expert +. Still working up my speed but i find raising elbows up on faster parts help you pivot your arms faster along with wrist actions. Im finding doing songs i dont understand yet at a very slow practice speed (60 or 70%) and learning the movements while pretending as if youre slo mo swinging your arms kinda helps me get the song down to instinct so for tough parts i can just do the same movements but without the slo mo/need to adjust for faster speed outside of swing harder. Also taking full advantage of built in breaks in the songs when its calm to just go low effort and regain stamina
