This video deserves many more views!!
The documentary : "Should We Starve Terminal Cancer" @
also discusses the metabolic treatment of cancer. A must see for the "fasting" community.

I would like to know as a newly diagnosed Endometrial Cancer patient, what would be the optimum amount of time I should water fast, and for how long. I can manage 72hrs without difficulty. I am 74 and weigh 240lbs, I am willing to do what it takes to eliminated any existing cancer cells after my hysterectomy and removal of both ovaries, both fallopian tubles, two sentinal lymph nodes and cervix. I favour a plant-based organic no GMO dieit, with very little sugar, bread or other carbs. I am scheduled for vaginal brachytherapy in a month or two, and want to know if fasting would also help prepare for, and enhanse this. Thank you for all you do, your findings are amazing. The impact of diet cannot be over-estimated.

What about those who also want to maintain or build muscle?

Most people, usually guys, usually want to build muscle for 2 reasons: a) they think it makes them 'fit and healthy' 2) for body image reasons largely in my opinion because a certain male physical form has been promoted since around the 70s or 80s (to show this a quick look at Hollywood stars over the decades shows a move from tall slim men to muscular men). Anyway if you follow Valter Longo's ideas you could be well toned if you exercise but it is improbably that you would be muscular.

      @@zatarawood3588 it does stimulate HGH

@@frugalgardener7921 Thats a good point, but I have wondered how much excess HGH (or stem cells) is left over from rebuilding what cells were 'destroyed' during the fasting process? If you are merely destroying cells then rebuilding back to where you were before where would the benefit be?

This is a Q to Prof Vater Longo: Can the FMD uniformly reduce pre-existing liver fat seen on liver biopsy?
